Problem
It is impossible to enter a profile name, when creating a new game profile.
Solution
This problem can occur when a game controller is interfering with the game's input. Can you, therefore, try removing any game controllers from your PC prior to starting the game. You should now be able to enter your name and, once you have done so, re-attach any controller you wish to use to play the game.
Problem
The controller being used is not recognised by the game.
Solution
Firstly make sure that your controller is plugged in and functioning correctly in Windows and that you have downloaded and installed the latest drivers for the device from the manufacturer's website. You should also ensure that no schemes or profiles are running for your controller and that no other controllers are plugged into your PC.
If you have a steering wheel, make sure that your pedals are set to Separate Mode (not combined). This can be done in the controller setup in the Windows Control Panel.
The game should then automatically recognise your controller and you should be able to select it from the "choose preset" option under "Options > Controls"
Otherwise you can configure your controller manually be changing the button configuration.
Problem
How do you exit the game? Pressing Escape does not appear to work.
Solution
To exit the game, select the Quit option from within your trailer.

When trying to save a car setup, the game will not allow the setup name to be entered and when trying to save a new setup a duplicate name error appears.
